Featuring traditional yet innovative Thai dishes, Patara has been rated by Thailand Tatler magazine the best Thai restaurant for nine consecutive years. Recommendations really don’t get much better than that.

The menu offers Thai dishes, executed in a sophisticated manner, such as braised New Zealand lamb served in a massaman curry, or slices of raw tuna in a lime and lemongrass vinaigrette. In addition there is a five course set menu, and a gourmand menu as well as a complete vegetarian menu, which can be sometimes difficult to find in Bangkok.

Wherever possible, the restaurant uses organic meat and produce from sources such as The Royal Project. The ambience is tranquil, making it the perfect venue to enjoy an evening with that special someone.

Situated on soi 19 on Thong Lor, this restaurant is just a short taxi ride away from BTS Thong Lor. It is open daily for lunch between 11.30-2.30pm and for dinner 06.00-11.00pm – the dress code is smart.
