If you like hard house and don’t mind pushing your way through the crowds to get to the dance floor, you’re sure to love Demo. This popular club boasts a chic warehouse setting and is popular with upper class Thai people and expats. One of the great things about Demo is that entry is usually free, although you’ll want to make sure you arrive early to grab a spot. With its combination of excellent cocktails and cutting edge tunes, Demo is the perfect place to play. Demo is open from 20:00 until 02:00 and can be found on Thonglor Soi 10.
Glow has earned a reputation over the years for its fresh and funky house music and with several dance floors to choose from, this is a great place to strut your stuff. Entry on weekends is usually 300 Baht, which includes a free drink and the club is usually packed as soon as it opens. The neon lighting adds a funky futuristic vibe to this cool club, which is open from 22:00 Find Glow on Sukhumvit Soi 23, close to Asoke BTS station.
This cool club is popular with Thai people, expats and tourists and features a fun and friendly atmosphere. Things really heat up at Levels after midnight, which allows plenty of time for you to get your grove on, as the venue is open until 03:00. The DJs at Levels spin everything from the latest R&B hits to techno and house and hosts special nights throughout the week such as popular ladies nights and models nights. Levels can be found on Soi 11, close to Nana BTS station
Ku De Ta
This is one of the newest additions to the Bangkok clubbing scene and has already proven to be a big hit with the city’s party people. Not only does Ku De Ta’s elevated position mean that it is able to offer stunning city views, it is also the perfect place to see and be seen. Ku De Ta is situated on the 39th and 40th floors of Sathorn Square Complex close to Chong Nonsi BTS station and is open from 20:00 to 06:00, although things don’t heat up here until after 22:00.
If you are looking for somewhere to play in the Thonglor area, make sure you check out Grease. This trendy venue attracts both Thai people and Westerners and features cool rooftop sisha bar to unwind in. When things head up after 22:00 you can head onto the dance floor to shake your stuff to one of the regular live bands or great sets played by both local and international DJs. Find Grease in the Piman 49 Complex on Sukhumvit Soi 49.
