Introduced by Aqua-Four Seasons Bangkok, inspired by the favourite of many spicy tom yum soup. This cocktail is vodka with ground chili, lychee syrup and lemongrass. Sounds interesting? Try and create your own Tom Yum Siam Cocktail!
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce Malibu rum
- 3 pieces lychee in syrup
- 1.5 ounce lime juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 3 pieces lemongrass
- 1 pc. kaffir lime leaf
- 3 thin slices red chili (to garnish)
- Mix the first five ingredients.
- Serve in rock glass and garnish with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf and chili slices.
